Residential Communities for Remote Workers?

Is anyone working on this? Seems like a ripe opportunity to construct a specially designed town for remote workers.

If one were to exist, how would you imagine it would be different from the typical suburb that most remote workers are moving to now?

What makes you say it seems like a ripe opportunity when you don’t seem to have a picture of how it would differ from a typical suburb?

I don't see any real difference from existing communities. There are already a variety of different cities/towns/neighborhoods based on people's personal preferences. I don't think there is anything that would be a defining characteristic for remote workers that wouldn't be found in most existing communities. Meaning, people's other interests and opinions would likely continue to define the characteristics of the community they want to live in.

you just need mixed residential/commercial cities. most cities in europe are like that
