Is it worth it? If you work there or have worked there in the past, what was your experience and how did you decide whether to work at FB (or eventually leave)? Do you think that having FB on your resume helps or hurts you in the long run?
I personally find the company's actions and impact on the world so repugnant that nothing about the employment environment could come close to making up for this.
I also suspect that like most large companies, a lot depends on the particular team you wind up on.
However, Facebook's product has declined a lot since 10 years ago. Many educated users have left the platform, low quality content and even conspiracy theories and hate speech seem to flourish. I worked myself with a product that was nice engineering but questionable in its customer benefits for a couple of years. Not very satisfying in longer term.
