Salute Emoji
Are there plans to add one? If not, how do we put it into the pipeline?
I have no idea what you are talking about, you should describe what a 'salute' emoji would look like or what it is supposed to represent. Alexis Ohanian worked to get a hijab emoji added to Unicode, you could research his process and look at Unicode's website for more info.
