What enhancements would you like to see on job sites?

The popular job sites in many parts of the world leave a lot to be desired and there are lots of ways new entrants could improve on them. What are some of your ideas about this?Please mention if you are coming from the perspective of a job seeker, an employer or a recruiter.

Cleaner porta-pots.I think everyone on job sites would appreciate that. A hand-washing station would be a nice touch too. Freshen up before getting back to work.
