* Smart AF

* Humility

* Openness

* Willingness to make mistakes in public

* Unapologetic when things don't work as intended

* Transparency

* Process oriented

* Creative

* Innovative

* Not narcissist / sociopath manifestations

* A laissez Faire type of leadership within a very structured Strategy and strict hiring practices (they hire really smart AF people)
