How to identify customers who will promote your product/service?
After building the right product/service that initial customers want, the next step is to use these customers to be ambassadors for your product or service. But not all initial customers would take up that role. Some customers will use the product and be happy with it, but not promote it. So how do you identify those early customers who will enthusiatically promote your product/service?
Asking the customers themselves seems like the simplest thing that might work. Good luck.
