Best Non-Nest Home Thermostat?
I'm looking to remove my Nest thermostat and install the next best "smart" (remote access via smartphone) as a replacement. Features: privacy-oriented, preferably customizable (has API or I can deploy custom scripts). What would you recommend?
We replaced our Nests with Ecobees after Google merged Nest accounts into Google accounts breaking all of my third party integrations for scraping our data and controlling them. No regrets.
Been using the Emerson Sensi (actually made by White Rogers) for a couple of years and love it.
