Are elite brilliant engineers at FAANG corporations just regular idiots?

For anyone interested I am offering the following titles:

Elite sandwhich artist (only works at the subway inside Google)

Elite basket weaver (weaves baskets way better than non-elite basket weavers)

Elite shelf stocker (position labels with extremely fluid hand motions)

Elite commuter (driving skills 10x above average. brings car to start and stop brilliantly)

I'm only basing this off of every software product I use as well as the fact that I've been in this game deeper and longer.
