Good book or online course about investment

Can somebody suggest some good resources in terms of books and/or e-learning courses about good investment strategies for the average guy? I know the difference between a bond and a stock but so far have kept my savings in safe low interest cash deposits and treasure bonds. I don't consider myself completely naive but neither financially educated. I am looking for material that allows me to master a sound strategy/approach ( even if not the most optimal) without investing a lot of time in studying and researching. Last but not least:I am based in Europe.
