I have re-entered the dating world recently and now have found surprising amount of interest from women, which is nice but also overwhelming and not something I am used to. In a situation now where I really quite like 2 or 3 people who I feel some chemistry with, for different reasons. Is it reasonable to keep dating until I am sure? Or better to just follow my gut and stick with one person?

You can use a multi-arm bandit.
Spend 15 min with 20. Select the top 10.
Spend 1 Hour with top 10. Select the top 5.
Spend day with top 5. Select the top 2.
Etc.
