Should there be a monthly meta thread?

While I appreciate the fast nature of the front page and general trend towards talking about new things, I think it would be worthwhile to have one thread every month to talk about what went on.

Right now, I guessing it can be used for -

1. Asking questions that otherwise don't require a thread of their own.

2. Revisiting interesting posts of the month.

3. Reflection from community and individual members. (eg - Hey, I am working on porting vscode to ipad)
