Weird definitions that you came across in a dictionary?

I've just stumbled upon "around the world" at https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/around%20the%20world which the dictionary defines as "the action of orally stimulating many parts of the body for sexual gratification"

Isn't that definition weird?
