Can you call yourself a hacker if you read HN?

Reading HN has nothing to do with being a hacker.

Based on who posts, this site seems to mostly be used by 'non-technical founders' (i.e., borderline scam artists & naifs who have not yet had their first serious collision with the realities of global capital). But, there are also some regulars who have serious technical chops & are part of actual hacker culture.

You can call yourself a hacker for whatever reason you like if that's what you want.
