Should Elon Musk be referred to as “pedo guy” from now on?

Would that be an appropriate response for his what I believe to be completely beyond the pale "taunt"? I feel like there should be _some_ consequence.

The truth-grounded connection would be that he likes to randomly use the word as an epithet. Or would this just be sinking to his low behavior?
