Was your small company acquired by a FAANG-company?

If your formerly small company was acquired by one of the big 5, what was the process like? What was the job offer like, any negotiation? How did the roles transfer into the new organization? How did the integration go? Any tips on how to look out for my teammates? Thanks in advance.
